No, it can only be controlled using WiFi.

No, you can't use Siri, but most BAZZ Smart Home products work with Amazon Alexa (Echo) and Google Assistant.

No hub or gateway is required! All BAZZ Smart Home products are controlled with BAZZ Smart Home Application through a reliable WiFi network.

The BAZZ Smart Home App is available inGoogle Playand theApp Store.

It is possible to install the BAZZ Smart Home application on a P.C., but you have to use a virtual server.First, you have to download the BlueStacks application, the virtual server that allows you to run the applications in Google Play Store.Then go to Google Play Store to download our application. From there, you can access your BAZZ Smart Home account and log in.

This problem is related to a poor WiFi signal. When a smart product can't detect its WiFi network, it goes offline and reconnects itself. Typically you won't have to reset them; however, you may need to consider expanders and boosters.

Note:Having multiple hotspots doesn't make the signal stronger. If the issue persists, your smart products may be too far from the original router. Either too far or too many obstacles blocking the signal, such as walls and floors.

Return, Warranty & Refund

Ourreturn policylasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Most of our products come with aone-year warranty. Our recessed fixtures come with a 3-year warranty.

BAZZ's warranty applies to manufacturing defects affecting its products that existed at the time of the purchase, are non-apparent, and are unknown to the buyer.

This warranty applies to the product only and does not cover the installation of the product. It does not apply to material, economic, and/or physical damages or losses caused by the product. This warranty will not apply to any damages and/or losses caused by incorrect use, installation or maintenance of the product.Therefore, the manufacturer is not liable for damages to the product or material, economic and/or physical damages, or losses caused by incorrect product use, installation, or maintenance.

If the buyer considers that the product is affected by a defect, the buyer should return the product to the point of purchase or send an email to BAZZ Smart Home.

Should the buyer decide to send an email, a description of the alleged problem should be included in the email. A proof of purchase and a picture clearly illustrating the alleged defect should be attached to the email.

The buyer should also return the product to BAZZ at his/her own expense.

After product inspection, BAZZ will repair or replace the product free of charge if the warranty applies.

You will only receive the refund after we've received the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at smartservice@bazz.ca.

You will need to return your defective product first to analyze it. If you are still in the 30 day period, a return label will be provided. Once received and inspected, we will proceed with a replacement.

Throughout the year, we do offer promotions for free shipping.

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

Smart Home Certifications

C.E. Certification

C.E.is an acronym forConformité Européenne, the French translation for European Conformity. The C.E. marking is needed for specific product groups manufactured or sold within the European Economic Area.

U.L. Certification

Underwriters Laboratories issueU.L. certificationto document that a product is US-made. It is not a mandatory certification, but having one proves that the product has been tested and is safe to use.

FCC Certification

The Federal Communications Commission, most commonly referred to as FCC, is a legally required certificate for all products that emit electromagnetic signals at the frequency range of 9 kHz or more.What is an I.P. rating?

The I.P. Code, Ingress Protection code, orIEC standard, classifies and determines the level of protection provided by mechanical casings and electrical enclosures against dust, contact, and liquid.

All products areFCC Part 15 compliant, a common testing standard for most electronic equipment. And all lighting products such as recessed fixtures, plugs, switches, and under cabinets are also compliant with ETL standards. Bulb and conversion kits are U.L. listed.

Using your camera with the BAZZ Smart Home App is recommended for the best user experience.

For security reasons, we do not offer cloud services. You can record on an S.D. card for continuous recording and download the recording on your cell or tablet if needed.

No, the WiFi always runs through 2.4ghz bandwidth. 5ghz is not supported.

A standard high-speed internet setup should be sufficient as the item is idle most of the time, so it will not take up very much bandwidth.

Yes, it will send notifications if motion is detected if you enable that function through the app.

Yes, the audio can be muted through the BAZZ Smart home app.

Yes, you can connect as many cameras as you need through the app.

Yes, you have two options, set up recording continuously or event recording. An event can be motion and/or sound detection.

Yes, multiple users can access and control the device.

No, our cameras are plug-and-play. Everything you need is right in the box.

The color temperature is tunable for these three SKUs, which means you can adjust it through our app. The color temperature ranges from 2700K (soft white) to 4700K (cool white) and everything in between!

Yes, our lights are Energy Star Certified.

Our lighting is not recommended for showers, as steam may become an issue if your enclosed shower is not adequately ventilated. However, the following lights are damp-rated:

To ensure you are connected to your 2.4Ghz bandwidth, you should have the following screen:

If you are and still can connect, please do the following:

1) Unplug your internet router from the wall for 1 min to reboot.

2) Plug it back and wait about 2min to ensure it's in running mode, not reset.

3) Make sure your smartphone is connected to the WiFi.

4) Turn On/Off the recessed lighting from the wall switch three times. They should start flashing rapidly.

5) Open the BAZZ Smart Home app, add your lighting device, and follow screen instructions.

6) If they are correctly connected, your lights will stop flashing.  

7) Let the app do its work, and it should see and connect each fixture.

8) If you have numerous recessed lights connecting at once, it may take a few tries to connect all of them at once. You may have to repeat steps 4-7.

Can you install a dimmer with WiFi lighting?

WiFi lighting is not compatible with dimmers. A dimmer works by reducing the amperage/voltage on the fixture. Connecting a smart fixture to a dimmer will affect the functionalities and connectivity.

The dimming function through the app controls the intensity of the LED chips inside and not the electrical current. From the app, you can dim your lights by 10% intervals.

Yes.

Standard light switches are compatible; however, dimmers are not. You will need to dim using the BAZZ App.

The integrated LED is rated for 25,000 hours, so you can be confident it will work for years to come.

Outdoor Camera

Yes, it has a night vision range of 10 meters.

Yes, it has a weatherproof rating of IP44.

Yes, there is a slot for a micro S.D. card to add up to 128 Gb of storage.

This product needs to be hardwired.

Siren Alarm

With the BAZZ Smart Home app, you can set the alarm for your WiFi siren so that it will trigger at a designated time. You also can sound the alarm from your app from anywhere with a WiFi connection.

The siren alarm can be plugged in via USB, or you can install 2x lithium batteries.

Yes, there is a slot for a micro S.D. card to add up to 128 Gb of storage.

Your water detector will work for up to a year, depending on how many times it is triggered.

You can monitor the battery level on the app and will be notified when the battery level is low.
